In-house slaughter and butchering


We have our own

in-house slaughter in order to control which raw materials are processed. We butcher our meats directly afterwards – not from

cold-store delivery – which means no additives are needed.


Our animals come from farmers we know personally

.Bereits For generations, we’ve gotten our slaughter animals from the same farmers. Besides the strong bond of trust this creates, this allows us to regularly monitor species-correct feeding and the conditions the animals are kept in.


Hot buffet:


Daily from 11:30 a.m. to about 1:30 p.m. you can find regularly varied, balanced and inexpensive complete meals in our hot buffet. Made  "like mother’s at home": sent fresh daily from the oven or pan directly to the buffet. Our buffet also lives up to our principle of fresh, hand-crafted preparation and regional origin.

Enjoy our kettle-fresh sausage every Thursday from 9:00 a.m. onwards.


Homemade Salads:


All our salads in the restaurant and butcher shop are produced fresh daily. We do not use preservatives of any kind. Take our homemade potato salad: we obtain our Maifelder potatoes from potato farmer Alois Landvogt in Geringen, boil and peel them ourselves and prepare them according to a traditional recipe to make a delicious potato salad.
